Hemp Soap

My daughter is thirteen years old, and her eczema condition has been pretty severe all her life. Even though her breakouts were controlled by very strong medications, there were rashes on her face, inner and outer elbows, fingers and hands, the entire legs, etc. year round. Occasionally, she took pills to keep her from scratching herself when she slept.

My daughter’s dermatologist has suggested different soap bars every now and then. However, we did not find one that worked until we tried the Oregon Trail Soap Co. Hemp Soap on a co-worker’s recommendation. My daughter’s skin condition improved dramatically in about a week after she starts using the Oregon Trail Soap Co. Hemp Soap.

The best news is that the dermatologist has switched to other milder medications to control my daughter’s eczema.

Pioneer Oatmeal & Honey

I received a bar of your "Pioneer Oatmeal & Honey" soap for my brithday. All I can say is keep up your good thing as this soap is heavenly. It has a pleasant scent, lathers nicely and leaves my skin nice and soft after my bath soak which is a very important part of my day. The Pioneer Oatmeal & Honey and the Emigrant Castile have not caused my skin to burn or itch in the least like other soaps I have pruchased. They are truly wonderful soaps. I have been using Pioneer Oatmeal & Honey soap exclusively on my face for the past 7 months. Prior to switching to your soap (which I purchased while vacationing in Oregon) my skin was constantly breaking out. I tried various dermatologist-recommended, pH-balanced "washes" and cleansers, but the problem persisted.

As soon as I began using Oregon Trail Pioneer Oatmeal & Honey for my twice a day face cleansing, my skin cleared up! The soap is just what I needed. I love the fragrance and the lather, and it just feels right. Emigrant Castile

I was looking for a source for quality soap that wouldn't cost me and arm and a leg. I found what I was looking for in Oregon Trail Soap Company. My family and I have been using Emigrant Castile for well over a year. I want to get clean, rinse off without leaving a soapy film and avoid the annoyance of added fragrance. I'll never go back to either the supermarket or expensive, high-end soaps. With OTSC soaps, I get the high-end product I want without the high-end price.

Mission Rose

I have just finished "Mission Rose" and am now using the Hemp Soap. I have started using the Hemp Soap on my face and it is really lovely. This soap is the only soap I've ever used consistently on my face and was satisfied with it's performance. I have dry and oily spots and it seems to address those areas equally and leaves my skin fresh. The fragrance is so fresh, almost lemony. (chuckle, chuckle) I even used the Mission Rose soap on the stubborn smudge on the shiny side of a CD of mine and it took it off and didn't ruin the CD! Now isn't that something or what? I do have a couple comments for the "MIssion Rose". I loved the smell. It delicately lingers on my skin and is sooooo lovely. Do you actually use rose petals in the soap?

Independence Rock Vanilla

This soap has a delicate, musky, vanilla aroma with a rich creamy lather. Using the bar on my hands, face and once a day bath, it lasted 13 days. After lathering my body, the soap seems to disperse into the bath water without any residue or scum floating on top. I liked this quality as it left room for me to add oils without making my bath tub a mess to clean after.

Prairie Wildflower

After a strenuous day, I lather up “Prairie Wildflower.” Instantly, the aroma takes me to, as the name suggests, the scents that would be in an open prairie.Wild flowers & honey sweet grasses dominate the air. This soap has a rich creamy lather which seems to be a characteristic of your wonderful soaps. Gently, cleans and moisturizes my skin, leaving it smooth and soft with a hint of freshness left to enjoy. I like this one!

Chimney Rock Sage

Green River Lemon Grass

Got the soap yesterday – thank you! I couldn't wait to try it out after smelling the wonderful fragrances eminating from the box! Your soaps are outstanding! I tried the Lemon Grass and it was incredible. The soap goes well beyond your description of it and the clean and refreshing feeling it leaves you with is wonderful – makes me want to start the day and relax after a long day.
